Responsibilities
1. Promotes and sells Canwell’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
3. Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Canwell’s products and/or services.
4. Promotes and establishes education about the company’s products and/or services.
5. Conducts market research including customers’ and competitors’ activities.
6. Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
7. Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Excellent computer skills using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software
