The CanHELP Minimally Invasive Posterior Thoracolumbar Fixation System is a state-of-the-art internal fixation system that allows for precise targeting, measurement, and reset, making it an excellent choice for patients requiring posterior internal fixation for degeneration, spondylolisthesis, fracture, scoliosis, and other conditions.

One of the main advantages of this system is that it allows for insertion with a percutaneous incision, resulting in a smaller wound and less bleeding. This minimally invasive approach can lead to faster recovery times and less pain for patients.

The CanHELP Long Arm Pedicle Screw is a unique feature of this system. Its long arm tail is designed to comply with the reduction clamp, facilitating rod compression and spondylolisthesis reduction. Additionally, the uniaxial screw facilitates compression and rod placement at the same time.

The system’s cannulated design allows for precise targeting, measurement, and reset, making instrument and rod placement simpler and applicable for single and multi-segment surgeries. The tail tab stabilizes long arms during insertion and is designed to be breakable before rod placement.

The CanHELP system also features unique reverse thread technology and star recess, minimizing worn thread and shoving force at the screw tail. Its 80mm long arm is applicable for all body types, and the integrated fabrication ensures safe implantation.

This system’s low profile and smaller screw tail basal area enhance screw intensity, pullout strength, and insertion speed. Straight and curved connection rods are available, and the long arm is designed for easier operation.

In summary, the CanHELP Minimally Invasive Posterior Thoracolumbar Fixation System offers several advantages over other internal fixation systems, including minimally invasive insertion, precise targeting, measurement, and reset, and simplified instrument and rod placement. Its unique long-arm pedicle screw design and reverse thread technology make it an excellent choice for patients requiring posterior internal fixation for a wide range of conditions.
