CanSFP Clavicle Hook Plate- I

A clavicle hook plate is a medical implant used to treat fractures of the clavicle, commonly known as the collarbone. It is a small, flat metal plate with a hook on one end that is surgically implanted over the fractured clavicle to hold the bone in place during the healing process.
